We had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza!Pooja was incredibly accommodating, ensuring our room had an extra bed, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room itself was spacious, well-designed, and perfect for three people. Not to mention a fantastic bathroom with an amazing waterfall shower with great water pressure and hot water! The staff were exceptional—housekeeping took great care of all our needs, and the service throughout the hotel was impeccable. We also ordered room service, and the food was both delicious and delivered efficiently. Choosing a location in Delhi can be tricky, but this hotel worked out well for us as we had a driver to take us to different sites. The hotel’s location provided a great balance of accessibility and comfort. Would highly recommend for a stress-free, comfortable stay with excellent hospitality! Unfortunately, we didn’t have a chance to use the pool or gym but could see the pool from our room and it looked great with comfortable loungers positioned all around it

The pool was lovely and always kept clean. Hibiscus Spa was 10/10 and catered to our every need. Massage and facial treatments left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. We always felt very safe staying there with 24/7 security outside the hotel. Big thanks to Rakesh for being friendly and always welcoming us with a smile. Even though the hotel is a little out of the centre, Ubers are very cheap. Last but not least the service was out of this world!! Probably the highlight of our stay there. All of the staff were always very attentive and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Huge thank you to Vishal (Bar man) especially for looking after us so well during our stay, a great asset to the hotel!!

Crown Plaza is a place where a guest feels pampered and welcomed . The property’s decoration was amazing and my room simply perfect and quiet. We were given all possible support by Bhagwan from House Keeping department. We tried both the restaurant and food and service were superb during my stay ……..Chef Roshan, Jeetu , Aayush ,Sahil were really very quick ,served well and helpful. Breakfast was also full of choice and treats. The reception was lovely and very good hospitality by Monisha and Shruti all the time . Checking out was absolutely smooth , Abhineet Chandra was very efficient and charming . While checking out the manager handed over a beautiful jute bag as souvenir from hotel . I liked her genuine interest and friendly and extremely polite staff . Thank you Crown Plaza staff members for making our stay such a memorable experience.

The spectacular view from this hotel is unparalleled to any of the different hotels in Delhi I have stayed at before. The staff are very cordial and friendly, specially Reception manager Shreya, dining room staff Ramden, Nevin. Ramden from Sikkim is the one you like to see in dining, quick and responsive. I liked the way the chef himself came to each table and enquired about food. Room makeup people are instantly available. Very nice experience.

Special kudos to Ajit and Ajivit and other staff in the restaurant. The restaurant is very good with a nice offering of Indian and other cuisine.
