Crowne Plaza New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida by IHG

We had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza!Pooja was incredibly accommodating, ensuring our room had an extra bed, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room itself was spacious, well-designed, and perfect for three people. Not to mention a fantastic bathroom with an amazing waterfall shower with great water pressure and hot water! The staff were exceptional—housekeeping took great care of all our needs, and the service throughout the hotel was impeccable. We also ordered room service, and the food was both delicious and delivered efficiently. Choosing a location in Delhi can be tricky, but this hotel worked out well for us as we had a driver to take us to different sites. The hotel’s location provided a great balance of accessibility and comfort. Would highly recommend for a stress-free, comfortable stay with excellent hospitality! Unfortunately, we didn’t have a chance to use the pool or gym but could see the pool from our room and it looked great with comfortable loungers positioned all around it

Our room / bathroom was very spacious, bed was super comfortable and minibar was always fully stocked up with the essentials which was handy as we didn’t have to keep venturing out to buy drinks/ snacks, most of which were very reasonable priced! The pool was lovely and always kept clean. Hibiscus Spa was 10/10 and catered to our every need. Massage and facial treatments left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. We always felt very safe staying there with 24/7 security outside the hotel. Big thanks to Rakesh for being friendly and always welcoming us with a smile. Even though the hotel is a little out of the centre, Ubers are very cheap. Last but not least the service was out of this world!! Probably the highlight of our stay there. All of the staff were always very attentive and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Huge thank you to Vishal (Bar man) especially for looking after us so well during our stay, a great asset to the hotel!!

Comfortable hotel with good facilities. The Restaurant offered a good variety all prepared to a very high standard. The Staff in all areas were very welcoming, helpful and attentive. The bed was very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was large and well-equipped, in particular the shower was excellent.

The food experience suggested by the F&B team was amazing. The front office team also trying their level best to be better than with the F&B team😃🙏

I loved everything about this hotel. Possibly the best hotel I've stayed at in India so far. Look forward to staying again in the future. Room was nice, clean and beautifully designed with separate work area! Buffets were over the top good. Service was great! Thank you!
